Copyright Compliance Policy

At Money Receipt, we deeply respect intellectual property rights and are committed to complying with copyright laws. We understand the importance of protecting creators' rights and ensuring that our content is used in a manner that respects these rights. Our Copyright Compliance Policy is designed to address copyright concerns and provide a process for their resolution.

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyright has been infringed upon by content hosted on our site, please notify us by sending a detailed message to dmca@moneyreceipts.com. Your notification must be in writing and include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed;
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address;
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Content Removal/Disabling Access

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notification, Money Receipt will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the individual or entity that posted the allegedly infringing content. We implement this policy in a manner that balances the protection of copyright and the rights of our content providers and the public.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that content you posted on Money Receipt was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@moneyreceipts.com with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, any judicial district in which Money Receipt may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with copyright laws, Money Receipt has adopted a policy that provides for the termination of relationships with content providers who are found to be repeat infringers. We are dedicated to enforcing our policies to ensure compliance from all parties and to foster a respectful and legal sharing environment.
